We are very local to Verdigre, Nebraska.
We have 2 beef to sell right now, frozen and packaged. We don't cut a lot of steaks or grilling cuts, we cut 3-4 pound bone in roasts, shank soup bones, short ribs, marrow bones and knuckle bones. We grind the rest into 2 pound packages with the brisket, heart, liver and tongue to concentrate the omega-3 fatty acids, CLA, collagen and organ nurients. Slow cooking is the best way to get the full nourishment from the meat.
